Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology to enhance your clinical practice.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in psychology practice, maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid and active license as a Psychologist in Washington State
- Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans.
- Proficient in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and/or family systems therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate and timely documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining professional growth and participating in continuing education activities.
